Indirect Materials & Services Buyer Specialist

Your key responsibilities

Request and negotiate supplier offers.
Producing supplier orders in EAMS.
Producing and sending orders in SAP/ARIBA.
Supporting the management regarding supply issues.
Identifying and suggesting the implementation of projects for new components or suppliers.
Aligning with global procurement about common actions on cost saving and supply issues resolutions.
Master data management for suppliers and components.
Data analytics for spending by supplier, type of purchase & department.

Your profile

Degree in Economics (or management engineering, which is considered a plus).
At least 2 years of experience in Procurement (pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
Experience with the use of MRP/ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Knowledge of data analysis with Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good English, written and spoken.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Time management skill and aptitude to respect deadlines.
Continuous improvement and change oriented.
Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations.
