Corporate QC Continuous Improvement Associate (f/m/d)

Your key responsibilities

Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects
Analyze and optimize QC processes to improve efficiency, quality, and standardization
Introduce digital solutions and new ways of working within the laboratories
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies while leveraging data-driven analysis to drive process improvements
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement within QC labs by promoting Operational Excellence, acting as a change agent, and fostering the adoption of new processes and innovative ways of working
Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success
Train and coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies
Collaborate closely with QC, QA, and MS&T teams to implement sustainable solutions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EU GMP, FDA, EMA)

Your profile

Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, or Operational Excellence
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process optimization methodologies, experienced in a GMP-regulated environement
Ideally certifications such as Agile, PMP, Green Belt (or higher) in Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials
Strong analytical and structured way of working, proficiency in tools such as Minitab, Power BI, or similar
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for driving change
Project management skills or experience is a clear plus
Proactive mindset and can-do attitude
Professional level in English (German or Italian is a plus)
Must be willing to travel to facilities as needed
