Your key responsibilities

Lead Strategic Site Projects: Manage and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring they align with Aenova's standards, compliance policies, and best practices. Work across MS&T, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to drive success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with corporate functions and external stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with broader organizational objectives.
Governance & Reporting: Implement strong governance frameworks, including project charters, risk assessments, and KPIs. Provide structured reports to site leadership, Cluster Italy Program Manager, and corporate teams.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GMP, FDA, and EU standards, as well as internal quality protocols.
Continuous Improvement & Risk Management: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in risk management, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sectors (preferred).
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Proven success in managing complex, interdepartmental projects in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in SAP, Excel, and project management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
Change management experience and a track record of fostering innovation in compliance-driven environments.
