Your key responsibilities

Prepare data to support periodic call with the customers
Update Report of Customer Service and KPIs
Coordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the “Communication Improvement” project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply
Coordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration Change
Enter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business), according to standard contract time
Collect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP activities
Analyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms
Monitor the customers’ orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD)
Analyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the event
Organize the products shipment and pick-up
Maintain the Customer and the Product Master data

Your profile

University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred)
Experience in Customer Service / Planning
Knowledge the of Supply Chain process
Knowledge of customer order management and demand analysis
Experience in data analysis (Excel, ERP)
Ability using Excel to process analysis, compare data and prepare graphics
Ability to prepare power point presentations
Fluent in English and Italian
APICS certification (preferred)
Sense of responsibility and perseverance
Time management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlines
Excellent listening and learning skill, with the ability to manage information
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations
