Corporate LIMS Business Process Owner and Labs digitalization (f/m/d)

Your key responsibilities

The Corporate LIMS Business Process Owner (BPO) and Labs’ digitalization holds the key role in settings, supporting and influencing the decision-making process of LIMS management to be deployed in the QC labs of all Aenova manufacturing sites and after implementation. The jobholder provides support and maintenance to the digital system and serves as a technical point of reference for digital QC activities. 
This position is a Corporate role and reports to the VP Quality Control Excellence:

  • Lead and continuously improve QC digital solutions including LIMS, ELN, CDS, and analytical batch records
  • Participate in defining the digital QC Labs and LIMS’ business objectives
  • Develop standardized, automated, and compliant QC laboratory workflows aligned with GxP and data integrity requirements
  • Drive digital QC projects from business analysis through implementation, validation, and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, QA, IT, CSV, Validation, and external vendors to deliver effective digital solutions
  • Act as SME for QC digital systems during audits, inspections, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives by representing techical knowledge on the system and working closely with the shopfloor
  • Provide user support, training, troubleshooting, and data analysis to ensure operational excellence and long-term system performance

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in a Life Science discipline or computer science
  • Extensive and proven experience in a pharmaceutical QC lab in an expert position
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Control, GMP, and analytical requirements
  • Experience with LIMS software
  • Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, attention to detail, and technical leadership skills in cross-functional and multinational environments
  • Ability to influence cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Computerized System validation skills
  • Listening, analysing and negotiation skills
  • Project management skills or experience is a clear plus
  • Professional level in English (German or Italian is a plus)
